We take great care in making sure we choose the best packaging to ship your products. We stock many different package sizes to ensure we have the correct size box for your product. All packages also include airflow packing to ensure the item doesn’t float around inside and become damaged before you can play with the gaming awesomeness.

Our regular order processing times are 1 business day, but this may be extended during busy periods. Shipping times are 1-3 business days after your order leaves our warehouse. We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you are waiting for your delivery and feel that it is taking longer than it should it you can use the Courier Post tracking link on your confirmation email to check the website on the whereabouts of your products.

Click & Collect is our FREE store pick up service! We offer Click & Collect on a great range of preorder and in-stock products. You can place an order online for an eligible product, and choose Click & Collect as the delivery option when you checkout. Simply choose the AnimeWorld store that you want to pick up your products from.（Pick-up Address: 14 Montanez Dr, Flatbush） Depending on stock availability, your products can ready for pick up in as little as 1 hour during store business hours for in-stock products, or on release day for preorders!
